Prepayment Policy:

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy:

48 hours or more before the travel date: Full refund of the deposit.
24-48 hours before the travel date: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 24 hours before the travel date: No refund; 100% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellation due to natural phenomena or prohibitive actions by the Dominican Republic Navy Authorities: Full refund of the deposit.

Damage deposit : £ 0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
