Food & Beverage (APA):
The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) covers food, beverages, port charges, fuel, communications, and any extras required based on guest requests and itinerary preferences.
Obligatory Extras:
● Tourist tax (adults): €1.40 per person/night
● Tourist tax (children 12-18): €0.70 per person/night
● Comfort Package: €590 per booking
● Marina Eco Fee: €80 per week
Optional Extras:
● Sail refreshment: €390 per booking
● Gennaker (deposit €750): €350 per week
● SUP: €150 per week
● Snorkeling gear: €20 per booking
● Skipper, cook, hostess services with separate fees
● Intermediate cleaning: €250 per booking
● Transfer services, parking, and onboard comforts (detailed in contract)
● APA: €8,500 per week
Payment Policy:
● 50% of the total charter price within 7 days of confirmation.
● Remaining 50% no later than 4 weeks before the charter start date.
● Boarding not allowed until full payment and additional costs are settled.
● Non-payment by the due date may lead to cancellation without refund.
Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations up to 30 days prior: 50% of the charter price is retained.
● Cancellations within 30 days: 100% of the charter fee is retained.
● Rebooking (up to 90 days before): allowed with a €120 fee, no refund if rebooked yacht or period is lower priced.
Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.
- KaterBlue ensures all boats are insured by their owners, but advise guests to secure Travel Insurance for off-boat incidents. While boat owners cover marine accidents, guests are responsible for their valuables, or entrust to the captain. In case of an accident, captains must inform KaterBlue promptly. Owners are liable for the lack of proper insurance. Guests engaging in water sports do so at their own risk and should have personal insurance.
