About our service in the Caribbean: Your journey commences with a seamless transfer from Fort-de-France Airport to Le Marin Marina, where you board your sailing yacht and complete a thorough inventory check. On Day 2, depart early for a 1-hour sail to Sainte-Anne, where you can swim with sea turtles and explore local beaches and villages. Day 3 offers a 3-hour cruise along the Atlantic coast to Baie des Anglais for snorkeling and swimming, followed by an overnight mooring at the secluded Petite Grenade. On Day 4, set sail to the Ilets du François and continue to anchor at Baie du Robert for a peaceful evening. Day 5 is dedicated to a guided excursion of Ilet Chancel and Ilet Madame, complete with a picnic and a refreshing swim in the Trapeze area, before a 1.5-hour sail to Baie du Trésor. Food & Beverage

Guests may choose to bring their own provisions or opt for catering services for added convenience. Our private chef services are available at an additional cost, ensuring a delicious and hassle-free dining experience onboard.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations within 30 days of the departure date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

- Check with your credit card provider for potential cancellation insurance or arrange coverage through trusted providers.

Prepayment Policy

- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

- The remaining balance must be settled at least one month before embarkation.

General Terms & Conditions

- The yacht rental is intended solely for leisure navigation and must comply with all maritime regulations.

- Clients are responsible for the boat, passengers, and any third-party interactions during the charter.

- Pets are not permitted onboard.

- Proof of sailing competence and a minimum age of 21 are required for bareboat charters.

- Comprehensive yacht insurance is included, covering potential damages, with certain exclusions.

- Disputes will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce at Fort de France, Martinique.

Damage deposit : £5,750

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures that all boats available for rent are insured by their respective owners. We strongly advise securing Travel Insurance to protect against any incidents or losses occurring off the boat. While the boat owners provide insurance for their boats, yachts, crew, and guests against fire, collisions, and other marine accidents, the guests are accountable for protecting their valuables during the tour. Should they prefer, guests may hand over their valuable items to the boat captain for safekeeping. In the event of an accident or disaster, it is the responsibility of the boat captains to promptly inform KaterBlue or its representative. If the boat owners have not completed the necessary insurance arrangements, they will be held fully accountable. Charterers and guests who wish to engage in water sports do so at their own risk and should ensure they have their own insurance coverage.
