PREPAYMENT POLICY:

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your chosen boat and date while enabling us to cover essential pre-departure expenses, including crew arrangements and fuel.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to departure to finalize your booking and proceed with the trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that plans may change; however, preparing for your charter involves significant expenses. As a result, the following charges apply for cancellations initiated by the client:

● 3 weeks prior to departure: 20% of the deposit

● 2 weeks prior to departure: 40% of the deposit

● 1 week prior to departure: 60% of the deposit

● 48 hours or less prior to departure: 100% of the deposit

In cases of cancellations or postponements caused by natural factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, a 100% refund of the deposit will be issued. Please note that such decisions are at the sole discretion of the boat captain.

Additionally, if the boat is delayed by more than one hour from the agreed departure time, clients are entitled to claim a full refund of the deposit.

RESCHEDULE:

We offer flexibility in rescheduling your charter to ensure your plans are accommodated.

● Advance Notice: Changes to the scheduled charter date must be requested at least one week in advance to avoid any charges for the modification.

● Validity Period: Reservations remain valid for up to six months from the payment date, allowing you to reschedule your private charter during this period.

● Catering services are available, including hassle-free complete catering packages for your convenience.

● We recommend trying local restaurants renowned for delicious traditional Panamanian cuisine.

● Please inform us in advance of any specific dietary requirements, such as kosher preferences, to ensure proper arrangements.

● A courtesy pack is provided, including ice, juices, Gatorade, bottled water and beer.

● Note: The captain, as the authority at sea, reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption if necessary for safety reasons.

Während die Bootseigner ihre Boote, Yachten, Besatzung und Gäste gegen Feuer, Kollisionen und andere Unfälle auf See versichern, sind die Gäste für den Schutz ihrer Wertsachen während der Tour selbst verantwortlich. Auf Wunsch können die Gäste ihre Wertsachen dem Schiffskapitän zur sicheren Aufbewahrung überlassen. Im Falle eines Unfalls oder einer Katastrophe sind die Bootskapitäne dafür verantwortlich, KaterBlue oder dessen Vertreter unverzüglich zu informieren. Wenn die Bootseigner nicht die notwendigen Versicherungsvorkehrungen getroffen haben, werden sie voll zur Verantwortung gezogen. Charterer und Gäste, die Wassersport betreiben möchten, tun dies auf eigenes Risiko und sollten sicherstellen, dass sie über einen eigenen Versicherungsschutz verfügen.
