Price Includes

Your charter package includes full use of the Lagoon 400 catamaran, a professional crew, return transfers from your accommodation to Koh Samui Marina, admission fees to listed destinations, and access to onboard sporting equipment.

Payment Policy

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is typically payable in cash on the morning of your tour. Prompt payment ensures your preferred dates and charter availability.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made at least 14 days before departure, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days are subject to a 50% charge, while cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Dining & Onboard Services

Personalized catering services are available upon request, offering a variety of Thai and international cuisine. Please inform us of any dietary preferences in advance. Complimentary refreshments, tropical fruits, and light snacks are included during your trip.

Während die Bootseigner ihre Boote, Yachten, Besatzung und Gäste gegen Feuer, Kollisionen und andere Unfälle auf See versichern, sind die Gäste für den Schutz ihrer Wertsachen während der Tour selbst verantwortlich. Auf Wunsch können die Gäste ihre Wertsachen dem Schiffskapitän zur sicheren Aufbewahrung überlassen. Im Falle eines Unfalls oder einer Katastrophe sind die Bootskapitäne dafür verantwortlich, KaterBlue oder dessen Vertreter unverzüglich zu informieren. Wenn die Bootseigner nicht die notwendigen Versicherungsvorkehrungen getroffen haben, werden sie voll zur Verantwortung gezogen. Charterer und Gäste, die Wassersport betreiben möchten, tun dies auf eigenes Risiko und sollten sicherstellen, dass sie über einen eigenen Versicherungsschutz verfügen.
