On the first day, transition from Pirovac to Zadar. Arrive at Pirovac marina at 14:00 to meet the captain and crew, purchase food, and check into the yacht. Pirovac, a small resort with a fishing pier, is known for its Church of St. George and the ruins of a 16th-century Franciscan monastery on St. Stepan. Enjoy various fiestas, fashion shows, and chef competitions often held in Pirovac before departing for Zadar at 17:00.
The second day includes a city tour of Zadar before departing to Žut Island at 11:00. Zadar boasts an impregnable Venetian fortress, the Church of St. Donat, the Cathedral of St. Stošija, the Basilica of St. Krševan, and the Church of St. Šimun. The sixth day includes a tour of Solaris before departing for Opat Bay at 11:00. Solaris is a complex of hotels and restaurants with various entertainments, including a water park and an area styled as an authentic Croatian village. It's a beautiful, cozy, and tasty place to relax and enjoy.
On the seventh day, explore Opat Bay before departing for Pirovac at 11:00. Opat Bay is part of the Kornati Island National Park and is famous for the restaurant "Konoba Opat," where you can taste the best Mediterranean and national cuisine while enjoying stunning views of the bay. Based on the choice of charter option set for this listing and your choice to avail these options under the process of booking this charter, an extra fee may be applicable, for eg; for availing Crew service.
PAYMENT POLICY:
The reservation is considered to be finally confirmed after the prepayment made (not less than 20% of charter price). The balance of the Charter Fee must be paid no less than 30 days before the takeover of the vessel.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case the Client wishes to make changes to the booking or cancel the reservation, JS must be notified immediately in writing via e-mail, fax, or post.
In case of cancellation the reservation in writing, JS reservesthe right to apply the following cancellation costs:
If the Client is able to find a replacement letting party for the same period of the charter and under the same terms and conditions, JS reserves the right to charge for any costs incurred by the change.
In the event that the Client has to cancel the reservation due to death in the family or serious illness, JS is not liable to return the paid amount, but will issue a credit note (Voucher) for the unused portion of the total charter fee to be used against any future charter with JS on a similar vessel for an alternative period.
JS does not assume responsibility in case of changes or failure to perform the paid services or part of the services due to situations such as war, riot, civil dispute, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, exceptional sanitary conditions, natural disaster, intervention of competent authorities, or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure. In case of force majeure circumstances, JS has the right to develop further conditions for organizing booking and notify customers about these rules.

Charterer und Gäste, die Wassersport betreiben möchten, tun dies auf eigenes Risiko und sollten sicherstellen, dass sie über einen eigenen Versicherungsschutz verfügen.
