PRICES INCLUDES:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• More than 14 days before the tour: Full refund.

• 7-14 days before the tour: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.

• Cancellations due to weather: Full refund or reschedule to a later date at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY:

• Booking confirmation will occur once we have received the payment. All bookings are subject to availability.

• A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 7 days before the tour date. Payment will be processed via our online payment setup.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Charter company is responsible for the safety and conduct of the tours. Agents are responsible for providing accurate client information and ensuring all client requirements are communicated.
