● National Open Bar: Features Tecate light beer, Tequila, Rum, Vodka, Soft drinks and Bottled water

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

● A reservation requires a 50% deposit (the "Down Payment") of the total service price. This amount can be paid via cash, wire transfer or credit card.

● The Down Payment is non-refundable.

● The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to boarding. This payment can be made in cash or by credit card, at the time specified by the operator.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the retainer is non-refundable.

● Cancellations within 72 hours: 30% of the retainer is non-refundable.

● Cancellations one week in advance: 15% of the retainer is non-refundable.

● If the captain restricts departure for more than 3 hours or if there’s a malfunction, a full refund will be provided.

● Cancellations due to weather or force majeure are not refundable but can be rescheduled.
