Regler for booking

PAYMENT POLICY:

The entire amount must be paid in INR before your booking is confirmed. Payment can be made through any available options via AA, and the booking will be confirmed only after full payment is received.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A Refundable Deposit, with respect to any loss or damage as envisaged herein above, shall be paid by the Client to the Service Provider at the time of the payment of the Booking Fee. This Refundable Deposit will be refunded by the Service Provider to the Client after the event after due deductions for the damages caused to the Ride-vehicle.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Tickets once booked are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.

Changes/cancellations in timing or due to weather can occur due to government clearance, bad weather, poor visibility, other weather factors, or non-availability of time slots with the operator. The company will not be liable for any of the above, and all related liabilities are to be borne by the actual operator.

In case of bad weather, technical error, or government clearance, rescheduling is free and subject to the availability of services with the company. However, cancellations will be charged as per the norms below.

In case of bad weather, the ride will not occur.

There will be a credit balance of the amount paid, which can be utilized up to 90 days from the date of the original booking.

The authorized refund amount will be credited back within 4-6 weeks from the date of resolution of the refund application, complaint, or any dispute thereto.
