PRICES EXCLUDES:

PRICE & PAYMENT POLICY:

A pre-agreed cost for Maritime Transportation is payable as follows:

• 30% as an advance or deposit upon reservation.

• The remaining 70% before departure, through the website's payment gateway, credit card, or cash.

RESERVATION:

• A reservation for any boat requires 30% of the total service value.

• The boat is reserved upon payment.

• The outstanding balance must be delivered to the CONTRACTOR before the agreed-upon departure date.

OBLIGATIONS:

• Establish the route before departure, unmodifiable subsequently.

• Provide a user list before departure.

• Timely updates during the contract.

• Suggestions for contract progress.

• Instruct users on safety and coexistence.

• Timely information about additional activities.

• Make timely payments and send the receipt.

• Conduct tourist activities responsibly.

• Pay for any damage due to misconduct.

• Reject exploitation, pornography, and sexual tourism involving minors.

OBLIGATIONS OF CONTRACTOR:

• Have specified vessels available.

• Ensure harmony among users, the CONTRACTING PARTY and personnel.

• Maintain communication and report events.

• Provide vessels with communication systems.

• Guarantee service provision in force majeure.

TERMINATION CAUSES:

• Mutual agreement with a minimum 2-day notice.

• Non-compliance with contract obligations.

• Cancellation by the CONTRACTING PARTY.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If canceled up to 18 hours before departure, a 40% penalty.

• Same-day cancellation is not possible.

• Weather-related rescheduling or 90% reimbursement if inconvenient.

RULES & RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Mandatory life jacket use.

• Return time depends on weather, with updates.

• Captain is the highest authority; follow recommendations.

• Proper waste management, no littering.

• Prohibited collection or purchase of biological material.

• Damages due to misconduct covered by the CONTRACTING PARTY.

• Attention to belongings, not responsible for forgotten items.

PROHIBITIONS ON-BOARD:

• No smoking or use of flammable substances.

• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption.

• No jumping, standing, walking, or extending hands while engines are running.

• No weapons or substances covered by Law 30 of 1986.

• No sexual exploitation, pornography, or tourism involving minors.

• No transportation of items risking boat integrity and passengers.
