Security deposit As a renter, you must pay a security deposit to cover any potential damages; the money is recovered after the rental time ends and the boat is returned after a final inspection.

Climate conditions When the wind force at the pick-up site is less than 6 and the port authorities allow it, the rental is usually completed and the boat may sail. If bad weather prevents you from departing on the day the rental begins, the security deposit will be reimbursed, and you can reschedule the rental for another day.

Departure You must tell us two days before to departure of the boat's planned departure time in line with your timetable. You will be requested to sign the relevant documentation for hiring the boat and clear any remaining financial obligations when you arrive at the agreed pick-up spot. We remind you that you must have your operating and skipper licenses on board during the rental term, which must be provided to the Port Authority if needed. The boat and its equipment must be presented in detail during pick-up, and the renter must sign a statement of acceptance of the boat as well as a list of its equipment.

Furthermore, the renter is told in full about all security processes, as well as information about the boat's use and appropriate documents/licenses. To make the procedure easier, we send the boat with full gasoline and water tanks. It is worth mentioning that, at the request of the renter, the preceding steps can be completed at our headquarters on any prior day in order to expedite departure on the relevant day.

Return At the stated arrival time, the boat must be returned to the drop-off site. On return, the boat and its equipment must be examined for condition. The boat's fuelling is our responsibility. The renter is solely responsible for the expense of petrol. • Operator with skipper Many of our customers prefer to rent a boat with a captain so that they may enjoy a stress-free journey devoid of responsibilities. They only have to consider their future location. Skippered boats are fully insured, and the skipper is responsible for everything (operation, mooring, cleaning, fuel and all necessary arrangements). The captain can also recommend picturesque routes.
