Booking rules

The charter pricing starts at 1,840 USD per day, subject to variations based on season and demand. For the most up-to-date pricing, please check availability for your desired dates or contact us directly.

Price Excludes:

● Jetski
● Food (available at an additional cost)
● Pick-up from Punta Cana (additional $230 fee)

Food & Beverage:

● Catering or private chef services are available upon request at an additional cost.
● Guests can shop for provisions while at anchor or during marina stops.

Cancellation Policy:

● Cancellations up to 10 days before the trip: A 50% refund of the deposit will be provided.
● Cancellations within 10 days of departure: No refund, unless due to storms or unsafe weather conditions.
● Rescheduling: Available at no extra cost if requested at least 5 days before the trip date.

Prepayment Policy:

● Reservation: A 50% deposit of the charter price is required at the time of booking.
● Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of departure.

Damage deposit : £0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures that all boats available for rent are insured by their respective owners. We strongly advise securing Travel Insurance to protect against any incidents or losses occurring off the boat. While the boat owners provide insurance for their boats, yachts, crew, and guests against fire, collisions, and other marine accidents, the guests are accountable for protecting their valuables during the tour. Should they prefer, guests may hand over their valuable items to the boat captain for safekeeping. In the event of an accident or disaster, it is the responsibility of the boat captains to promptly inform KaterBlue or its representative. If the boat owners have not completed the necessary insurance arrangements, they will be held fully accountable. Charterers and guests who wish to engage in water sports do so at their own risk and should ensure they have their own insurance coverage.
