FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Included in the Charter: The all-inclusive rate includes standard meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and a selection of standard beverages (non-alcoholic drinks) served on board by the crew.
Hostess/Cook Availability: A professional hostess/cook is included in the charter to prepare and serve meals. Additional costs will apply if you wish to hire extra crew for specific culinary requests.
Customized Meal Requests: Guests can request customized meals, dietary-specific menus, or additional beverages for an extra charge. Advanced notice (at least 48 hours prior) is required for customized requests.
Additional Costs for Premium Items: Premium or specialty beverages, including select wines, spirits, and high-end drinks, are not included in the standard rate and will incur additional costs. These should be pre-arranged or purchased on board.
Guest Responsibility: Any special food provisions (e.g., allergies or restrictions) must be communicated at the time of booking. The crew will accommodate reasonable requests based on availability.

PREPAYMENT POLICY:

50% deposit required at the time of reservation confirmation to secure your booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation 60 days or more prior to boarding: 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to boarding: No refund will be issued.

Damage deposit : £0

Damage Deposit is fully refunded to you in 72 hours of your checkout, subject to any breakage/damage claims by the Operator/Owner.

Insurance details

- KaterBlue ensures that all boats available for rent are insured by their respective owners. We strongly advise securing Travel Insurance to protect against any incidents or losses occurring off the boat. While the boat owners provide insurance for their boats, yachts, crew, and guests against fire, collisions, and other marine accidents, the guests are accountable for protecting their valuables during the tour. Should they prefer, guests may hand over their valuable items to the boat captain for safekeeping. In the event of an accident or disaster, it is the responsibility of the boat captains to promptly inform KaterBlue or its representative. If the boat owners have not completed the necessary insurance arrangements, they will be held fully accountable. Charterers and guests who wish to engage in water sports do so at their own risk and should ensure they have their own insurance coverage.
