PAYMENT POLICY:At the moment of booking we require a 30% payment of the total amount. Once we receive the payment receipt, the booking will be confirmed.The rest of the balance will be paid 48 hours before to the day of the experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY:50% of the booking amount paid will be charged if cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance. 75% of the booking amount paid will be charged if cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance. 100% of the booking amount paid will be charged if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the experience. *We reserve the right to change any part of the trip (route, timing,...) for any reason, including but not limited to: weather and sea conditions. In case we need to cancel the experience due to bad weather, sea conditions or security reasons, the date of the experience can be changed, an alternative plan will be offered if desired or the full amount will be refunded
