• Cancellations up to 91 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount is deducted, and the rest is refunded.
• Cancellations between 90-60 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount is deducted, and the remaining balance is refunded.
• Cancellations within 59 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.
• If the company finds another client for the same rental period under the same conditions, a full refund may be granted after deducting administrative costs.
