Payment PolicyA 20% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is typically payable in cash on the morning of your tour. Prompt payment ensures your preferred dates and charter availability.
Cancellation PolicyFor cancellations made at least 14 days before departure, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days are subject to a 50% charge, while cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Dining & Onboard ServicesPersonalized catering services are available upon request, offering a variety of Thai and international cuisine. Please inform us of any dietary preferences in advance. Complimentary refreshments, tropical fruits, and light snacks are included during your trip.
